Just Starting Out

I feel like I'm always late in the world of technology as if the gun went off to start the race and I'm still leaning over to tie my shoe. I'm confident this is a sign of my age. Why then do I still feel like a kid trying to figure it all out?

So here I am blogging. I'm such a nerd that I actually went to the library and picked out several books to read on the subject :) It was exciting to learn where the word 'blog' came from. (The whole thing evolved from 'web log' for the less enlightened such as myself) I'm starting it mostly for friends and family who want to keep up with this crazy family of ours. I won't promise a post every day, but will try to keep you updated.
